Alas de recuerdo

It is not a contradiction that a young artist with a long way to go as María Moreno has decided to look back on her first production with her own company.

Nourishing from what she has lived and learned to stage the foundations on which her dance is based. Somehow in this show comes to life that little girl who eagerly attended the Professional Dance Conservatory. Also the disciplined young woman who toured half the world with Eva Yerbabuena's Company, as well as the artist who has worked in prestigious tablaos and who shares the stage with great figures.

So 'Alas de recuerdo' is the occasion to recognize her sources and aesthetic preferences. And not only, because beyond that, the work obeys María Moreno's need to integrate on stage those experiences that have marked her as a person. Dancing to heal wounds, to let go of what has been lost, to be grateful for what has been received and to celebrate what has been loved.
